Doug McMonagle - President and co-founder / co-owner of Vision Research Inc.

Doug is a Business Administration graduate and a member of the MRA ( Market Research Association) and AMA ( American Marketing Association). He brings with him experience in marketing and other business related fields. Adding to the dynamics of VRI, Doug's ability to think "outside the box" has made relationship's with our client's stronger. Doug is married and has two beautiful little girls Alexandra and Jordan!

James Taylor- Vice President and co-founder/co-owner of Vision Research Inc.

Jamie is a Business Administration graduate with extensive experience in management and a member in good standing of :MRA ( Market Research Association), ITAP ( Innovation and Technology Association of PEI), Chamber of Commerce. His experience in Information and Computer technology, programming and client services has given Vision Research the ability to exceed today’s high technical standards in a competitive sector. Jamie is VRI’s lead programmer for the Voxco CATI system. Jamie enjoys spending time with his family, friends, his dogs and motorcycles.

Cathy Flanagan - Call Center Manager

Cathy joined Vision Research Inc. in January 2002 and became Call Center Manager in September 2002, She has her diploma in Project and Administrative Management from Holland College, B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island, and M.A. in English from Dalhousie University. Cathy also has an LLB from Osgoode Hall in Toronto, Ontario.

Cathy is active in various community activities, has been a volunteer with the Boy’s & Girl’s clubs of PEI since 1988 and has been provincial president since 1993. Cathy has previously been a board member with the CNIB, the Kay Reynolds Center and the United Way of Prince Edward Island. Cathy is also involved in the sport of sailing as both a participant and at the organizational levels.

Monique Kennedy - Office Administrator

Monique came to VRI in March 2003. She brings with her 5 years experience in the Administration field as well as 2 years accounting for a family business. She’s worked in the Retail management/ customer service sector for 15 years. Along with being a devoted hockey Mom, Monique enjoys interior decorating, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Mitchell Turner - A+, MCP - CATI Programmer and Systems Administrator

Being an honor graduate of Career Skills School of Business with a diploma in Administration, Mitch brings both his technical knowledge and customer service and support experience to the table for the benefit of the client. Performing network administrative duties, along with programming and data service responsibilities. Mitch strives to make sure only top quality data is provided to the client. In his spare time, Mitch enjoys listening to music, playing most sports and living life to the fullest.
