The Vision Research team consists of a group of dynamic individuals from different backgrounds. It is their diverse experience that adds to our companies wide spectrum of knowledge and insight to best serve our clients. Please read on regarding our staff.

James Taylor-  President and co-founder/co-owner of Vision Research Inc.
Jamie is a Business Administration graduate with extensive experience in management and a member in good standing of :MRA ( Market Research Association), ITAP ( Innovation and Technology Association of PEI), Chamber of Commerce. His experience in Information and Computer technology, programming and client services has given Vision Research the ability to exceed today’s high technical standards in a competitive sector. Jamie is VRI’s lead programmer for the Voxco CATI system. Jamie enjoys spending time with Leone, family, friends, and riding motorcycles.

Peter Cann - Call Center Manager
After studying engineering at UPEI Peter began working at VRI in 2005. His work ethic and performance was quickly noticed by management and Peter climbed the ranks from telephone interviewer, to floor lead, to supervisor, to management. Over the past 7 years Peter has excelled in areas regarding training and quality assurance. In spare time Peter performs as a member of an ECMA award winning traditional music group. This has allowed Peter to travel all over the world sharing his two greatest loves with others, his long time girlfriend and high-school sweetheart Jenn and music.

Robert Joseph MacDonald - Senior Call Center Supervisor
Bobby Joe joined the VRI team in August 2005. He is always up for a challenge and his overwhelming enthusiasm “to get things done” is often the driving force in completing what might otherwise be a daunting task. In his spare time Bobby Joe enjoys lending a hand to his dad running the family contracting company, spending time with his fiancée Kelly and doing everything possible with his family.

Jacklyn Gaudet-Jenkins - Senior Call Center Supervisor
Jacklyn joined the Vision Research team in 2004 as a call-centre agent. During this time she completed 2 years toward a diploma in Child and Youth work. In early 2006 she was promoted to call centre supervisor and then to interim-call centre manger in 2009. Jacklyn is a forward thinker with excellent customer service skills. She has the ability to work under strict deadlines to ensure our clients needs are consistently met. Jacklyn is fluent in French and oversees our bilingual interviewing In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. Jacklyn and her husband Aaron are devoted to their son Tyler.

Heather Gregory - Senior Call Center Supervisor
Heather has been a fixture at VRI since in 2002. From call-centre agent to supervisor, Heather has done it all. Almost always having a smile on her face, Heather has remarkable abilities to approach, coach and re-train staff and handle disgruntled respondents so that everyone is happy and satisfied in the end. Heather’s pride and joy is her spirited daughter Maddie

Molly Gallant - Office Administrator
Mollly joined Vision Research inc in October 2008 as an office administrator. She brings with her 10 years experience in the administration and office management field. Molly owns and operates her own home based bookkeeping business. Being the kind of person whom enjoys a good challenge, Molly received her Level 1 fire fighting certificate in the spring of 2008. In her spare time. Molly enjoys reading, playing guitar, cooking, spending time with her family and traveling.

Mitchell Turner - A+, MCP - CATI Programmer and Systems Administrator

Being an honor graduate of Career Skills School of Business with a diploma in Administration, Mitch brings both his technical knowledge and customer service and support experience to the table for the benefit of the client. Performing network administrative duties, along with programming and data service responsibilities. Mitch strives to make sure only top quality data is provided to the client. In his spare time, Mitch enjoys listening to music, playing most sports and living life to the fullest.
